Our Chartered Surveyors and RICS Registered Valuers are regularly instructed to provide independent, professional opinions in connection with Tribunal and Court proceedings. We act on a wide range of residential and commercial property disputes, delivering clear, robust and well-evidenced advice.

Our expert witness services include:

• Preparation of Expert Witness Reports and Joint Statements in accordance with Part 35 of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR)

• Appointment as a Single Joint Expert

• Attendance at Court or Tribunal to give expert evidence

All Expert Witness Reports are prepared in full compliance with the RICS Practice Statement and Guidance Note: Surveyors Acting as Expert Witnesses.

Our valuers also hold the RICS Expert Witness Certificate, providing assurance of their training, competence and adherence to the highest professional standards.
