Expert Witness

Our surveyors act as expert witness in a variety of areas including reports prepared for negligence claims, matrimonial, probate, taxation matters and have a wealth of experience in providing mortgage lenders with retrospective advice and forensic analysis. Our duty is, of course, strictly to the Court or tribunal and we thus have extensive experience in undergoing cross-examination and act fully in compliance with Part 35 of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR35) and its associated practice direction (PD35).
